Toyo Ito Museum of Architecture is Japan's first arcitectural museum exhibiting Toyo Ito's work. Toyo Ito is an architect who has won numerous awards and has attracted attention from all over the world. The two buildings that garner the most attention from visitors are "Steal Hat," and "Silver Hat." Both buildings have a unique design, with Steal Hat exhibiting Ito's artwork, and Silver Hat acting as a reproduction of the architect's former home. They are designed to be works of art in and of themselves, and to allow guests to enjoy the facilities to their fullest. There is a workshop space set outdoors as well.
