Visitors can try their hand at making their own handmade udon noodles. The style is unique to the area and is known as authentic Sanuki udon. "Udon Teachers" will teach visitors how to make old-fashioned udon using traditional techniques such as foot kneading, and rolling out and cutting. After taking a 60 - 90 minute class, visitors are awarded with a diploma wrapped around a noodle stick. Visitors who have tried making their own udon can also eat the handmade udon in the cafeteria Kamaage Udon.
