"Farm Suzuki" farms oysters, prawns, and clams from the pond (claires) that used to be popular for it's salt farming on Osakikamijima Island. At the restaurant "Farmer's Kitchen" you can taste oysters and prawn farmed from the pond fresh or grilled, and paired with a class of white wine or Japanese sake. The oysters caught here specialize in having a strong sweet taste thanks to the deep ocean water, and claires unique plankton.
