Hyogo HAKUTSURU Sake Brewery Museum

Hakutsuru is one of Japan's leading sake brewing manufacturers based in Kobe City. Hakutsuru has a sake brewery museum which was renovated using the materials salvaged from the original sake brewhouse, which was in use until the mid 1970's. In order to preserve the old brewing process, and display the procedure of the work, the museum exibits life-sized dolls showing the process of sake brewing so that everyone can easily understand.
