This public bath is a symbol of Dogo Onsen and is considered one of of the oldest hotsprings in Japan, boasting nearly a 3,000 year history. Awarded 3 Michelin Stars, this public bath was also designated as a National Important Cultural Property. The main hall has two bathing rooms which provide four bathing courses in total. Remarkably, you can also visit Japan's Imperial Family bathroom, "Yushinden," for a fee.
