Ehime Kirosan Observatory Park

Located on Mt. Kiro at approximately 307.8 meters high at the southernmost point of Oshima, this observatory gives a 360 degree panoramic view of the surrounding area thanks to the novel design of burying the observation platform in the terrain. Visitors can see the Imabari townscape to the south, and if the weather is nice, the views of Mt. Ishizuchi to the southeast, and Kurushima-Kaikyo Bridge in the northwest. The sunset is also highly recommended as well as the beautiful night views.
